Take 1 tea bag and place into a cup or a mug. Pour freshly boiled water in the cup over the tea bag to submerge it. Then let it seep for 15-20 minutes; leave tea bag in longer for extra potency. Squeeze then remove tea bag and enjoy up to 2-3 times daily. 1 tea bag can make up to 2 cups. Leave tea bag in second cup of boiling water for 25-30 minutes; leave tea bag in longer for extra potency. Store in mason jar and save for later (can last for up to 24 hours).

Defective Or Damaged Goods:
