Our agreement with you only therefore comes into existence once we have both fully confirmed your order and your full payment has been fully and completely processed. You have the right to return any goods or services that have been bought and purchased from the website simply because you have changed your mind or are unhappy with any item. Please note that once opened herbal and other health products it cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. If you return goods by reshipping them to us through approved shipping service, please retain the appropriate proof of return. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Refund of purchase prices DO NOT include shipping paid for the product(s) delivery to you or return of the product to us. If returned goods go missing in transit to us, we will deem that you have not returned them. It is your responsibility to track your packages and ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not mistakenly damaged during the return transit. All returned products must be:
• Unused, in good condition and unopened and in original condition
• Items must be undamaged
• All goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase
• In a good and saleable condition
In the event of a return by you or anyone else, we can do an exchange (for same amount) or complete refund. However, you will have to pay the postage and handling cost of the return to Keep Your Health LLC. Refund of purchase prices DO NOT include shipping paid for the product(s) delivery to you or return of the product to us. You may also have to pay the re-delivery costs to you. Keep Your Health LLC. will therefore not refund the delivery/shipping fee or other related and relevant fees.
Defective Or Damaged Goods:
You must take steps to return defective or damaged good(s) within 14 days of purchase date; not date of delivery. Once we are notified and you have taken the necessary steps to return the defective or damaged good(s) upon your request we will re-fulfill and ship out the new product(s) free of charge or issue a full refund of the original price of the product(s) or good(s), delivery/shipping fee by way of the real and original method of payment. Again if you desire a replacement, you must request a product replacement and we will send out your replacement good(s) (always subject to availability) once we get the defective or damaged products in our possession. After the time frame of 14 days after purchase has elapsed a return, exchange or refund will NOT be issued.
