INSTRUCTIONS:
For the Skin: Clean the skin before you apply the herbal health cream. Apply a little amount to your skin and rub the cream into your skin in small circular movements. For best results apply daily as part of your skin care regimen.
For the Hair: - Measure out about 1 tablespoon of the Herbal Health Cream into a dish, if you are applying the cream to your entire scalp. If you are going to spot treat specific regions, use an even smaller amount. The goal is to use enough cream to be absorbed by the hair/scalp but not to over-saturate it. If you find that the cream penetrates the scalp easily, we suggest reapplying it every other day if possible. Use the Herbal Health Cream a minimum of 1-2 times a week for best results, leaving it on for at least a few minutes to a couple of hours. The longer you leave it on, the better results you will receive. By experimenting with it, you will know the correct amount & frequency of usage for your scalp. We recommend continued diligent use in order to see results.
